ABOUT THE SCHOOL

Crescent Music School,the CMS has been established in the year 2007. From then, the journey of music-teaching services has been a spectacular 15 years and will go on. TRINITY COLLEGE LONDON syllabus has been followed here and we passionately develop student's music skill with our well qualified and experienced faculties so that students gets certificates from the TRINITY. Currently seven branches have been opened in and around Vellore, Ranipet and Thirupattur districts in Tamilnadu and Chittoor district in Andhra Pradesh. Over 150 people have become professional musicians through our school. Also we feel proud to share that we have won the "Best Music School - 2018" award in "Vellore District" from ARTIC groups. Teaching regular classes in other schools too in and around Vellore city.

Syllabus are from TRINITY College London. Students were trained and made to appear for certificates direclty from TRINITY. Teachings are such a way that students clear exams at ease.

5:1 Student:Teacher ratio so as to give special attention to every particular student and to maintain the teaching quality. Qualified and experienced teachers with minimum experience of 5 years in music.

Approximate developing period of an average student:

    First Sixty to Seventy hours to clear basics.
    Next Fifty to Sixty hours to attend each consecutive grade examination.

Note: Based on student's regularity, interest, involvement, practice and understanding capacity the duraion of development period may vary a little bit.

Keyboard

Electronic keyboards are capable of recreating a wide range of instrument sounds (piano, electric piano, Hammond organ, pipe organ, violin, etc.) and synthesizer tones with less complex sound synthesis.

Students will be provided Musical Keyboards upto five to six months in the classes

Guitar

Infinite amount of variations in which the sound of a guitar is capable! Guitarists have the ability to slur, slide, hammer, pick up and down, finger, tap, bend, whammy, vibrate, play with your palm, play with your teeth, use a slide and play with so many types of dynamics and articulations that they can't be replicated successfully. These are the things that make guitarists so special.

Students will be provided Guitar upto two to three months in the classes.

Drums

Drumming gives us an experience where we can be free to connect with ourselves and others, in order to release, restore and heal. It is a universal language where all people can be a part, free from words and concepts so we can experience life with an open heart.

Violin

Learning violin gives you more than just an enjoyable hobby and the ability to entertain an audience.

Improved upper body strength - Playing the violin also requires incredible strength in the upper arm and shoulder muscles. In fact, playing the violin is comparable to an upper body workout you’d normally perform at the gym! When you’re first learning violin, it’s normal to feel fatigued after only a few minutes of playing. With practice, your deltoids, biceps, and pectoral muscles will become stronger and visibly toned. Your physical stamina will also gradually improve, allowing you to play for longer periods of time.

FEES

Fees are structured on Level Basis. Each Level has Grades associated with that. To begin with, the students should undergo Entry Level before stepping into Level-1 and so further.

Entry Level
Basic and Initial Grade : In this level, students are able to read and play the western notes on their own, and can play few rhymes.
Level 1
Grades 1, 2 and 3 : This level makes the students to understand what music is and how its related to life, and can accompany with senior students.
Level 2
Grades 4 and 5 : This is the stage where students able to mix their creativity and try to play many number of songs, and try to write notes by themeselves based on their involvement, and will get perfect confidence to perform solo and also able to perform in Orchestras too.
Level 3
Grades 6, 7 and 8 : Here our students will get ready to compete with other experienced musicians too, and can able to to assists other students and rectifies other's mistakes and correct them on the spot. This stage students have the maturity to guide all peers regardless of the age.
